Notes / Terms:

Refund/Cancellation: No refunds for labor services are offered. Refunds for hardware purchases are possible at the discretion of Baxter Aerospace.To be eligible for refund, hardware purchased must be in original packaging, request made within 30 days, with original receipt,and include a Return Merchandise Agreement #. Request an RMA # directly from Baxter Aerospace.

Shipping: Shipping methods utilized by Baxter Aerospace include R&L, Reddaway, or similar standard freight, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or as agreed between the Receiver and Baxter Aerospace. Shipping prices are determined at the time of shipment and are based on the actual shipping cost plus any applicable handling fees. International shipping, including Customs, Duties, Taxes, and additional fees, must be established in agreement between Receiver and Baxter Aerospace prior to shipment. Contact Baxter Aerospace directly for missing or lost packages.

Force Majeure: Baxter Aerospace shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire,insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability: The Client acknowledges and agrees that Baxter Aerospace will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect,incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

No Guarantee: The client acknowledges and agrees that Baxter Aerospace cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services or products rendered or to be rendered. No guarentee is rendered for the fitness, safety or longevity of any product produced, unless otherwise stated on the our invoice.

Standard Lead Time: 8 weeks ARO is typical for most products. Expedite is often available.

Payment Terms for goods: 50% on order 50% on delivery.

Payment terms for services: Net 15.
